Update: My progress at Lucille Roberts – Sneak Peek into one of my training sessions

I’m just about finished my 6th week of getting fit at Lucille Roberts. This means I’m about half way through my journey. My progress has been great, well at least I think so, and I’m excited about the inches I’ve lost and the body I’m beginning to love again. I’m becoming stronger physically and mentally. I really have to thank my trainer Ben for this. I’m sure many of you were like me and wondered how a trainer could make a difference. My training sessions has made all the difference on how I’m getting fit and relearning to live a healthy lifestyle.

Each week he has planned a work out for me that shows results. Something I’m sure I couldn’t do on my own. He’s taught me how to utilized the machines at Lucille Roberts properly so I could be more confident at the gym when I’m not training with him. He also shows me ways to work out without any equipment so that I can do them at home for the times I can’t make it into the gym. I wanted to share with you a video of a workout during one of our training sessions.

I slammed this 10lb ball on the ground as I walked and it was not easy. Definitely not something I would do on my own, this is where having a trainer comes in handy. I recommend that you visit your nearest location and find out more about their personal trainers. You won’t regret it!
