    I love using these noodles when I make beef stew! I also have a great recipe with the noodles, chicken, peas and a cheese sauce! Delicious!

  12. Hands down, our favorite dish to make with PA Dutch Noodles is Hikey Soup! It’s an old family recipe, and only PA Dutch Kluski noodles will do in it!

    If my store is out of them, I will (and have!) go quite out of my way to procure them!

    We make a family dish that is pork chops simmered with sliced peppers and onions in a creme of mushroom soup/sauce, topped with fennel and marjoram that is then served atop the noodles. SO easy, SO delicious! The noodles sop up the yummy “gravy” and make for the perfect winter comfort food!
