This morning my husband and I had such a fun time checking out the NEW Treetop Quest Philly. This is Philadelphia’s new aerial adventure park located in Fairmount Park at 51 Chamounix Drive. It’s very easy to get to and there’s free parking available near by and in the surrounding area.
This new aerial adventure park offers 40 obstacles and 18 zip-lines. They offer obstacles for all ages like the Chick Pea section for little ones to obstacles 10 feet off the ground and the highest reaches up to 60 feet!
I’ll be honest, I’m pretty much a big chicken when it comes to heights. I brought my husband along because he loves adventure. So I pretty much stuck to the 10 feet level and he didn’t think twice about going up to 60 feet.
Treetop Quest Philly takes safety very seriously. This is the reason I quickly got past my fear because I knew how important safety is to everyone there. Before starting, each participant is required to take part in an equipment briefing to learn about course safety and how the course works. This is very important because the course features a belay system, which is impossible to detach from the ‘lifeline’ while participating in the course unless users return to ground level.
Here are my tips for when you visit Treetop Quest Philly:
Admission is $19 to $51 for ages 4 and up. Save $2 when booking online prior to your visit. Season passes are available. Tickets can be booked online or participants can check availability via phone (at least 10 hours in advance).
On-site lockers are available at no additional cost, and bagged concessions will be available. The have picnic tables on-site.
