Did you know that October is National Pork Month? I love cooking with pork for many reasons. Like many of you I hate thinking of what to make for dinner, that’s why you’ll likely find me in the in front of the pork section in the meat department. Not only do I find it affordable but pork is such a versatile meat.
First, there’s boneless chops, roasts, spareribs, ground pork, pork tenderloins and more! Second, with pork I can easily give it an asian spin, southern BBQ or classic comfort food. Which means I can make last minute decisions for dinner. If your life is as hectic as mine you there’s always last minute decisions.
In honor of National Pork Month, Costco is offering a great discount on different cuts of pork each week in October. For the first week, starting October 3rd, Costco is discounting Bonless Chops and Roasts. If you haven’t been to Costco lately, check out their amazing selection below.

Stay tuned because I will be revealing my Pork Be Inspired recipe later this week and competing against other bloggers for the best Pork Recipe! I’ll also be giving away a $25 Costco Gift Card.
