Come out tomorrow Saturday Sept 18th at 40th and Market from 12p – 6p and enjoy The Rhythm and Blues Fest (formerly the Greater Philadelphia Blues Fest Block Party). The Rhythm and Blues Fest is a unique opportunity for the community to come together to enjoy great music, food, and family-friendly activities.
