We’ve all celebrated milestones in our lives especially if you have kids. From first steps, buying your first home, But have you ever thought about the mini milestones? For my kids their mini milestones are also my mini milestones. With my oldest school aged daughter she had her first test and got an A+ this month! With my son who’s a very very active and mischievous toddler was very well behaved for the first time at the doctors to get his flu shot this week. Both achievements, big or small fills my heart and we celebrate with praise and maybe an extra treat 🙂
Speaking of treats, I like to give my kids a treat by letting them pick something to watch on Netflix. It allows them to pick a program that can relate to their mini milestone.
Currently my kids are in the fall and halloween spirit! We have been watching Curious George “A Halloween Boo Fest” and The Nightmare Before Christmas. Something for both kids to enjoy. Being able to access Netflix not only from our Smart TV but iPhone, iPad, laptop and through many other devices makes it so convenient!
