Independence Seaport Museum invites the areas first responders to our new exhibition, “Disasters on the Delaware: Rescues on the River.” The exhibition examines maritime disasters including ship collisions, explosions, sinkings, oil spills and burning piers that took place along the Delaware River.

In honor of the Philadelphia Region’s First Responders, Independence Seaport Museum will host a “First Responders Week” from Sunday, September 9 through Sunday, September 16, 2012. All first responders are welcome and will receive free admission to the Museum.
